Lives of the Saints: Sv. Apolónia

Like many of you, I was somewhat intrigued by the image of Sveta Apolónia on the outer door of St. Anne´s altar here in town…

So I grabbed what I took to be a children´s book of the Lives of the Saints, and I did a little translating (Slovak to English, text to comics…).  Below, you will see the result.  Beware, it is not for the faint of heart.

Also, you will note that I have preserved the Slovak sentence structure, because I think it is important to the experience of the story.   Enjoy!
